How do I configure Support Requests in WHM?

In WHM, you can configure how support requests should be handled that are submitted by a customer while they are logged into cPanel. If they click on the Support button, where does it take them, or what does it do?

As a reseller, your WHM admin panel will let you determine how submitted Support Requests are handled. You can determine whether the customer should be prompted to send an email or be sent to a third-party support system outside of cPanel/WHM, or whether this feature should be entirely deactivated.

To configure your Support options, first log into WHM, then click on Configure Support Request Submissions and follow the on-screen instructions.
