Billing for hosting services is performed on the first day of each billing cycle. If you are on a month-to-month plan, you will be charged on the first calendar day of each month. If you are set to pay annually or longer, your account is set to renew on the first calendar day of the month in which you first signed up. Recurring charges are listed in our Support system.
1. To see when when the next bill date will occur, log into our Secure Client Area then click on:
2. Active Services or Active Domains.
This will show upcoming renewal charges under “Next Due Date” for each active domain and service. Clicking on “Manage Domain” under domains or “View Details” under services will show you more details about the service.
Under “Manage Domain” you are able to renew the domain early or cancel domain renewal via ‘disable auto-renew’.
Please note, the next due date for a Domain is NOT the same as a domain’s Registration Date. We require payment slightly ahead so we can auto-renew your domain name in advance of the next renewal date and prevent its expiration.
