What kind of support is offered to hosting customers?

Canvas Dreams provides truly 24/7 support for all web hosting plans. Customers can either send an email to support (at) canvasdreams (dot) com, or submit a ticket through our secure, online support system, to notify our support staff of their request for assistance.

Phone-based support is also available for emergencies and quick questions. Please note, if the issue cannot be resolved while you are on the phone, we will ask you to submit a ticket — or we will create a ticket for you — in our online support system. All future correspondence regarding the issue will be posted to that ticket.

For all other support needs, including design, programming, or webmastering, these add-on services are available at an hourly rate.
